Make 2017 the year of beautiful business
#stopfundinghate is a campaign that is having a real global impact; it is providing a platform to challenge companies whose publicised values appear to be out of alignment with their actions.
Do you know who you are and what your business stands for?
To avoid being at the forefront of a future social media campaign, there are 3 objectives that your organisation needs to focus on:
1. Being genuine It is more important than ever to make sure that everything you produce gives strength to your values. Let’s hope Lego is the first of many to follow through on their commitment.
2. Obsessing about people It’s not just about providing great service to your customers, but also ensuring your people can flourish whilst supporting the people in your locality. Just look at how Walkers has stood by Gary Lineker.
3. Changing daily It is constant. So what are you doing to make sure that your business is ready for what the global market throws at you? This could be Brexit, or a new opportunity to diversify.
Together, let’s make 2017 the year of beautiful business. Have a wonderful Christmas and New Year from all of us at Marjolo.
