This table shows that of the 1,452 house sales in 2014, 42 per cent were moves within East Renfrewshire, a further 42 per cent came from the Glasgow area and the remaining 16 per cent came from other authority areas mainly Renfrewshire, South Lanarkshire and Ayrshire. Three per cent of house sales were made from people who moved into East Renfrewshire from other parts of the UK.
