www.female-focus.com Moving On Up
We’ve all heard about the economy improving, confidence returning, the exchange rate getting better and that the crisis is over. It’s good to see real tangible signs of this.
In our part of the world, the economy of the expatiate community is heavily influenced by the property market. If that’s moving then other businesses improve. And the best way to evidence signs of improvement is when estate agents themselves invest in growth.
One such estate agency is Direct Owner of Moraira who have moved just down the road (literally 10 metres!) to much larger premises. As Elena (the owner) put it “we needed larger offices to serve both our sellers and buyers better. We’re able to display more properties in our window and have much more comfortable surroundings to have a good in-depth chat so we can really get to know each other. What I’m really proud of is that we’ve maintained our ‘boutique’ approach to the market, something that we feel sets us apart”. You might think that moving 10 metres down the road seems strange but Elena was clear: “we now have a corner local and the increased footfall is simply amazing. We have already seen a significant pick up in walk-ins – both buyers and sellers”.
We at Female Focus wish Elena every success with her move and continued success with her business.
