I understand that this is normal but it makes me feel embarrassed at times. I have been told that I could have breast implants but I am not happy with having something artificial and I am also aware that implants have to be replaced after some years. I am considering a breast uplift and I would like to know if it is a one off procedure or if it has to be repeated every so often. I also would like to know if it is necessary to have a general anaesthetic and hospitalisation?

This is a very common question and first of all it is important to know your main concern; in your case you are talking about shape, not volume so definitely the right answer is the breast lift. Nothing is permanent in cosmetic surgery as we keep on ageing but the breast lift or mastopexy is usually a procedure preformed only once and it can be done on a day surgery basis without the need of general anaesthesia. It can also be combined with implants on the same procedure but most times is enough without them and the result is very natural.

I would like to say again that any informative visit is free and that there are no two equal cases, so feel free to ask for an appointment on our land line 96 579 2418, for an assessment.
