WCM: Your products appear to follow a theme in design. Is this accidental?

WCM: It looks completely flexible to the window cleaner’s specific needs. That’s right – you can use it as a pure water filter in its own right, or as a final stage polisher in RO systems. In fact, we also incorporated it into the design of our new HydroPower RO XXL Trailer – a compact 12L HydroPower DI Filter for final polishing.


We take into consideration every part of the user experience in new product design, so the focus on safety, performance and efficiency is indeed a recurring theme across our range. And of course, they have to look good enough to impress our Customers’ Customers!


WCM: Premium product, premium price, right? Premium product – absolutely. Prices vary depending on the size and specification, so for professional users it’s the return on investment that matters.


WCM: How long did you Beta test before going to market? We have launched some amazing new products
