strategic plan with our government re- lations firm, Sussex Strategy Group, to continue lobbying for the Adult Fitness Tax Credit in a way that will suit the newly elected Liberal government. We have already submitted pre-


budget consultation documents as well as made contact for inclusion in the upcoming Throne Speech. We have been analyzing and gath-


ering information on the goals, key stakeholders, timelines and schedules of the incoming government. The good news is that the new government is ea- ger to listen to stakeholders and to im- prove the health of Canadians. Going forward, we will focus our ef-


forts on educating the new prime min- ister’s office, the offices of the minis- ters of Health, Finance and Sport along with the Official Opposition and MPs from all parties. We expect that with a smaller cabinet, departments will be combined, which will put a heavier load on each minister. Parliament is not expected to re-


sume until January. Therefore, we have
