NEW HITRAINER™ ATP METABOLIC STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING SYSTEM MAKES NORTH AMERICAN DEBUT
T
he new HiTrainer ATP metabol- ic high intensity interval train-
ing (HIIT) system was introduced in November at an event hosted by Scott Livingston’s training facility, Premiere Performance, in Montreal. Ideal for fitness facilities, clubs and
cross-training studios, the HiTrainer ATP peaks the metabolism in super- efficient HIIT sessions. The patent- ed HiTrainer drive-phase position- ing is matched with a self-propelled variable-resistance running surface that accommodates sprinting to sled training.
The console provides pre-pro-
grammed warm-up, interval and sprint protocols. Real-time perfor- mance feedback motivates users and the data helps evaluate performance, monitor progress, identify left/right imbalances and develop training programs. HiTrainer online support includes
access to case studies, educational vid- eos and facility marketing and promo- tion tool kit. For more information, call 855-726- 3300 or visit
