hen I was a young boy in Vancouver, my father had a workshop. The walls were covered with tools, the
BCRPA Fitness Registration Program, worked at Gold's Gym for several years and trained with the military in Beijing. Today, I am the proud owner of
Vancouver’s Eastern Edge Training. My facility—I think of it as a workshop— is located in my home near the waters of Sunset Beach. Clients enter via a flight of stone steps and through a colour- ful and refreshing garden. Once inside, the space’s red walls exude energy. The
