LOUIS LeeRoy ALDERMAN SR. 10-28-1928-3-17-2015
Louis was born in Sarasota, served in the Army in Korea and in the foreign service in France. He was a Past Master of the Sarasota Ma- sonic Lodge 147. He was an hon- orary member of FFA and a direc- tor of the Sarasota Fair Board. He is survived by his wife Lilly, four
sons and three daughters.
WILLIAM W. “Buddy” PARRISH 4-30-1940-6-15-2015
Buddy was born in Clay Hill, Florida. He was past president of the Clay County Cattlemen’s Association and a founding member of the Clay County Fair. He was a member of the Clay County Farm Bureau and a longtime supporter of the Clay County FFA Chapter and 4-H Clubs. He is survived by his wife Norma, one son, two daughters and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
ANN CAROL WILLIAMSON 12-16-1947-6-26-2015
Born in Jacksonville, she was a reporter for the Clay County Crescent weekly newspaper and staff writer for the Neighbor to Neighbor newspaper. She won many awards for her writing. She was the Historian of the Clay County Agricultural Fair and felt very honored to have also been a judge there. Some years ago, the Clay County Fair Association permanently honored both Ann and her mother, Elaine, with a rocking chair with a plaque that sits on the porch of the Penney Farms school house in the Early Florida Village. She is survived by two sisters and several nieces and nephews.
FRANK M. WALKER III 1-28-1948-7-6-2015
Frank retired after 27 years with
the FBI. He continued his law en- forcement career as Chief of Rivi- era Beach Police Department and retired as head of security from the South Florida Fair. He is survived
by his wife Saundra, one daughter and two grandchil- dren.

ROBERT M. “Bob” JOHNSON 9-1-1934-8-31-2015
As a State Representative and Sena- tor, he was a staunch supporter of education and youth, the arts, the environment, and careful fiscal man- agement and planning. He was a dis- tinguished alumnus of both Florida State University and the University of Florida. He was appointed by Presi-
dent Reagan to the National Endowment of the Arts where he served for eight years. He viewed public service as a labor of love. Although he was involved in many organizations and legislative efforts that affected the community, Sarasota County Fair, New College, The Ringling Museum and the preservation of the Myakka Riv- er were close to his heart. He is survived by his wife Pat, four children, seven grandchildren and five great grand- children.
