As NICA heads into the fall season we are shifting into Con-

vention Mode. NICA will kicked off its Fall Convention partici- pation at the IAFE T3 Specialty Workshop in Enfield, CT. This workshop had a focus on all things Concessions. This session proved to be informative and beneficial to the industry as a whole, especially the Independent Concessionaire. NICA will then take part in its Annual Audit and the IAAPA Convention in Tampa, FL and Orlando, FL respectively. From there it is off to the Annual IAFE Convention in Las Vegas, NV to be held No- vember 29-December 2, 2015. During Las Vegas NICA will for- mally welcome the Directors Elect to their orientation and first Face to Face Board Meeting. The IAFE convention is the gathering of us all; OABA, NICA ,

IAFE united together speaking on issues that we all have in com- mon and those that make our respective areas of the industry unique. This will be a great time to learn, network, and grow.
