My standing advice, apart from eat well and take extra care of yourself, is go to the doctor if you become unwell. There are safe medications (aside from Panado) out there that can go a long way to ease your symptoms, and if you have to go on an antibiotic then at least know you are on a safe one for you and your baby. Being sick is far worse in many instances. Also consider the flu vaccine if you are past the first trimester. It is safe, so chat to your doctor, clinic or gynae about it.
