Our Community Pharmacy Team of the Year award has


defi nitely boosted morale and spirit within the team. Whilst


we were compiling our entry, it made us realise how much we


had achieved as a team so far and it was great to get the recognition for our achievements. We also feel that it has an impact on how the team is viewed by


the company as a whole, and strengthened their belief in us. We believe that, Alasdair


Shearer’s Management of Long Term Conditions award, has enhanced the public perception


of our Milnathort branch. Many customers ask about the award which intensifi es the moral
