Millrow car park entrance gets a makeover Before: left

After: above

Dunblane Environment Group has given a makeover to an unsightly corner of Dunblane and installed a second tourist map to welcome visitors.

The neglected entrance to Millrow car park has been redesigned as an attractive feature with new paving, a lowered kerb for easy access to the map, and feature boulders. The map was unveiled recently by Mr Colin Scott, relative of the late Mr Douglas Scott whose generous bequest contributed to the funding of the project. Other funding was received from the Windfarm Fund and Stirling Council’s Community Pride Fund. We are most grateful to all our funders, and to Harvey Maps and Border Signs and Graphics for the map production, and to TRACKS of Dunblane for the excellent groundworks.
