Therapeutic Massage
Back at work?
It’s time to do something about your tight shoulders, stiff neck and aching lower back!
Massage therapy can HELP.
Therapeutic massage can help to • Alleviate muscle tension • Aid circulation • Assist insomnia •
Reduce headaches • Aid relaxation
Therapeutic Swedish massage works on the muscles and soft tissues of the body, and usually uses oils, lotions or waxes. Pressure can be deep or light. It can assist with sore or fatigued muscles and aches and pains from poor working posture.
This type of massage is exceptionally benefi cial for increasing the level of oxygen in the blood, assisting lymph drainage, improving circulation and easing tension and increasing fl exibility throughout the body.
Massage Therapist Rosie Brown is joining the team at Sinclair Street. She holds a diploma in Swedish massage from Scottish Massage Schools, Edinburgh. She is a fully qualifi ed, accredited (SMTO) and insured massage therapist with excellent experience. She is also qualifi ed to massage pregnant women after the 12th week.
