The majority of the properties we take on for sale or for rent tend to be around Javea and the immediate neighbouring areas. We list plots, apartments, duplexes right through to high end luxury villas. We source our International clients from Scandinavia, France, Belgium, UK etc
via extensive internet marketing and
advertising abroad. Our team members speak more than 6 languages including French, Spanish and English. The big difference with us though is that we know the areas of the Puerto, the Arenal, the Pueblo, Puerta Fenecia, Las Laderas, Adsubia, Costa Nova and so on, absolutely inside out, and we are highly capable of extolling the virtues of the areas to prospective buyers.
