Crescendo Choir starts again
in El Paraiso Bar near Carrefour in Torrevieja. We are a mixed choir comprising many nationalities and we have an exciting programme of music to prepare for various concerts leading up to Christmas
...and beyond. Come and join us. Ability to read music is not essential since we have helpful “teach discs” as well as weekly rehearsals to produce a polished performance. We have a great social life and offer you the chance to sing and make friends. So, welcome budding choristers. We look forward to seeing you. The Painting for Pleasure Art Club is delighted to invite you to our exhibition in Calpe Casa de Cultura in September. The exhibition is open from 9am to 10pm Monday to Saturday, ending on Tuesday 29th September. There will be paintings of many different styles and subjects including flamenco, wildlife, sunsets and more. We are working very hard to prepare a good show and would love to see you there.

The third of T.M. Lions 2015 Summer Concerts took place on Sunday 16th August when Black Glitter took to the stage
– and what a fantastic performance they produced for
the large and enthusiastic crowd. If there had been a roof, Black Glitter would have raised it and, during the second half of what really was an outstanding gig, the band was joined by Tony Rivers, a great performer in his own right, as the music ranged across the spectrum from the BeeGees to Led Zeppelin! The “bucket rattling” by T.M. Lions did pretty well too, with 1449.78 euros collected from the crowd – grateful thanks to everyone there who donated. To receive notice of T.M.
