Assistant Manager – Guildford Lettings As well as at least 3 years’ experience in Residential Lettings, you’ll possess a proven track record in winning instructions and hitting targets and be a team player who is able to lead and motivate others.
Senior Negotiator – Lettings: Oxford Sales: Balham / Hampstead / Kensington / Windsor With 2 years’ Agency experience, you’ll know how to exceed sales targets. Local market knowledge is beneficial, but a full UK Driving Licence is a must.
Negotiator – Lettings: Balham / Horsham / Maidenhead Sales: Liphook / Kingston A year’s Agency experience, impeccable communication skills and a full UK Driving Licence are essential. Local market knowledge preferred.
Area Property Manager – City / Senior Property Manager – Esher Property Manager – City £Excellent Basic + Bonus + Benefits With 2-3 years’ experience with a similar Agency, you will be adept at managing an extensive portfolio of properties and have outstanding communication skills and a full UK Driving Licence.
Lettings Administrator Marlborough / Gerrards Cross (PT) £Excellent Basic + Bonus + Benefits Along with 1 year’s Agency or customer service experience and ideally some local market knowledge, you’ll have superb communication skills and a full UK Driving Licence.
