ChanCellor’S new area Manager

Chris is a results driven, commercially aware, and highly proactive estate agent with 21 years experience. He has worked his way up through the ranks and brings a fresh and innovative outlook, having re-located from London. Chris comments, “I am very

SavillS expandS lettingS Savills lettings is expanding in South West London with two new lettings departments. Tyrone Olivier


has been appointed Head of Lettings in Putney and will be joined by Helen Whitfield who has been covering the Putney area from the Wimbledon Office. Tyrone joins after eight years with Foxtons. Helen has been with Savills for two years following the completion of her degree in Estate Management from Cirencester. Paul Zammit has been

the start of 2011 we are now delighted to be starting a specific lettings team in the Putney office. Our sales department has been established in Putney for 20 years with Caroline Bell working in the office for 18 years and Alex Howard-Baker 14 years, who run a very successful department. I have no doubt Tyrone and Helen will add to their success.” Angharad continues, “We have also appointed Paul Zammit as a new Head of Lettings in Barnes. Paul joins Savills from another south west agent, to add the lettings business to another well established sales team led by Sandra Carline. Paul will aim to grow the business in both the Barnes and East Sheen areas”.

joined Henry & James in early 2009 as Head of Residential, he has opened the Chelsea Green office and developed both sales and lettings.
