DAVID BERWICK BECOMES BERWICK & BERWICK

Chris Labram and senior client

manager Jenny Lowe FINE IN FLEET

“It’s the realisation of a personal dream,” says Chris Labram, who has become the North Hampshire Associate Director of Fine and Country. The new office will specialise in

marketing top class properties in terms of both value and interest – Chris sees it as the top 25 per cent of properties in the area defined purely through buyer appeal. “Opening a Fine and Country office in Fleet Road has allowed

me to introduce properties for sale in this area to more than 300 offices across the UK and the most important parts of the world,” explains Chris. “I have nine years’ expertise in the property market in North Hampshire but combine that with the directors of more than 300 offices in the best global locations and vendors immediately have an unimaginably vast wealth of experience at their command.”

Berwick & Berwick in St Ives, has a new office in Hayle. After 19 years as a successful estate agent, David Berwick, owner of David Berwick Estate Agents has left estate agency to pursue another career and his brother James of Berwick & Berwick, is thrilled to have acquired the office in Hayle. James now manages both offices, supported by his wife Emma and sales negotiators, Sarah Shearer in Hayle, Angie Cadwallader-Kemp and Emma Jarvis, who work from the

St Ives office. Sarah began working at the Hayle office last year and recently completed the NVQ Level 2 scheme and the NAEA Technical Award in the Sale of Residential Property. James said, “The transition has been smooth and I’m thoroughly enjoying running both offices. They feed off each other, producing more leads and I am looking forward to finding more buyers for more homes into the Spring and as the year progresses. I would like to thank our clients as well as Emma and Sarah for their support. We wish David all the very best in the future.”
