What’s Up FALL Guide! November 8 & 9, 2014 HOLIDAY
Chase
Our cute little doggie Chase, Came from the shelter to our place.
He is such a good boy, Always fi lls our lives with joy.
He greets us with his friendly bark,
His favorite sport is playing in the park.
He enjoys the garden lavender bed,
Where he often rests his sleepy head.
Sometimes he sits beneath the trees,
Happily watching birds, but- terfl ies and bees.
He loves little children and people, even in hats,
Though he is mean to rats, kit- tens and cats.
He cleverly learned quite a few skills,
Which is such a thrill. He is obedient and stays very still,
While he obeys commands and follows the drill.
Dear previous owner have no regret,
Be comforted, for now he is our adorable pet.
Now he wags his fl uffy little tail,
As he listens to his puppy tale. November 8th NORSE

JOKES & Humor #8 A missionary was going in to the most remote section of Africa. He found a native that would take him upstream to a tribe of head- hunters cut off from civilization. In the distance they could hear drums. “What is that drumming?” he asked nervously. The native replied, “Drums okay, but if they stop it would be very bad”. The drums continued for 3 days as they got closer to the head- hunters’ village. Then without warning the drums suddenly stopped. The forest fell eerily silent. With panic in his voice, the missionary calls out to the guide, “The drums have stopped! What happens now?” The guide crouched down, covered his head with his hands and with despair in his voice, answered, “Tuba solo.”
