Jeep Mod
SUBMITTED BY: RYAN PEPSIN, SRQ CUSTOM AUTOSOUND
For this 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon, another shop had originally installed a full Hertz system with Hi-Energy com- ponents and an HDP5 amplifier, and had modified the factory sub enclosure to hold an Energy ESW-C10 10-inch subwoofer. The client was looking for a little more
of everything but didn’t want to travel 70 miles back to the original shop for the additional alterations. SRQ added a Kenwood DNX891HD nav and an Audi- son Bit Ten D processor, and rebuilt this enclosure to be ported and to conceal the 5-channel amp. The staff was able to get the enclo- sure done quickly using a combination of Mobile Solutions templates and Sonus router bits.
