Edward P. Dunn (NG), Warwick, Mass., June 4, 2010. Edward was vice president of engineering at Aeqrx Technologies. He also served as the financial secretary for the Ancient Order of Hibernians Warwick Division 1. He is survived by his two brothers.

Margaret R. Grant, Marion, N.C., Sept. 13, 2013. Grant is survived by her husband Allen, her mother, three brothers, and two children.
1985
Peter Y. Lovejoy (G), Hopkinton, N.H., Jan. 2, 2013. Lovejoy was a teacher and coach before opening Town Tree Antiques, and later, Blue Tiger Antiques. He is survived by his wife of 52 years Elizabeth, his children, and three grandchil- dren.
1987
William F. Mufatti Jr., Bennington, Vt., March 16, 2008. Mufatti served in the United States Coast guard for a year during World War II and served two years with the Navy during the Korean War. Mufatti then went back to school for his law degree while working at Monsanto Chemical Company. He worked as patent counsel for General Electric Plastics for 25 years and eventually became senior counsel. After this, Mufatti joined the law firm of Cain, Hibbard, Myers & Cook and became head of the intellectual property and licensing group. He is survived by his wife June, his two children, a granddaughter, and a great granddaughter.

Maria L. Rege (G’91), Providence, R.I., March 4, 2013. Rege worked as a recreation therapist, served as the director of grief and support for Memorial Funeral Homes, and worked as a student assistance counselor for Child & Family

Jaqueline A. St. Hillaire, Manchester, N.H., Jan. 25, 2013. Hillaire worked in several hospitals during her career and was a ward secretary at Elliot Hospital for 30 years. She is survived by her husband Paul, her son, two grand- children, and her sister.

John T. McLaughlin, Worcester, Mass., Feb. 26 2013. McLaughlin worked for the Massachusetts Department of Social Services for 30 years and was a bartender at Tammany Hall in Worcester for 14 years. He leaves behind his three children and brother.
2000
Marangelie Santana (G), Granby, Mass., Feb. 17, 2013. Santana was a teacher in the Holyoke (Mass.) school system for 17 years. She is survived by her parents, two siblings, and her daughter.
2003
Paris Y. Green, Springfield, Mass., Feb. 7, 2013. Green is survived by her three children, three siblings, and five grandchildren.
Robert J. Bergquist ’65, G’69, East Longmeadow, Mass., July 18, 2013. Bergquist was a retired associate professor of physical education at Springfield College. He was employed by the College for 39 years, and retired in May 2010. Bergquist served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam era and ran a private practice, Physi-Call Therapy Services, Inc., in East Longmeadow for more than 30 years. He had a passion for working with disabled athletes, and had developed a classification system for United Cerebral Palsy Sports. He also coached wheelchair basketball and wheel- chair soccer, taking his teams to the national games multiple times. Bergquist leaves behind his wife, Stephanie, and three children, Christopher ’07, Zachary ’08, and Jessica ’10.

Laura Jo (Weckwerth) Judd ’54 , Stafford Springs, Conn., August 24, 2013. Born in Springfield, Mass., to the late Charles F. “Chick” ’32 and Mary E. (Haeffner) Weckwerth, Judd was retired from Springfield College as an assistant professor of recre- ation. She directed summer camps for the Girl Scouts and 4-H, and was a member of the Down to Earth CSA – Community Support of Agriculture, as well as the organizer of the Connecticut Blanket for the Connecticut Sheep Breeders Association. She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Kirby E. Judd; four children, Michael Judd and his wife Gretchen, Mary Judd-Pechie ‘82 and her husband Calvin Connors, Laura Mello and her husband Arthur, and Lawrence Judd; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
