Tax Relief for Laundry Expenses
Generally, outside of the Services, employees are given tax relief for the laundering of uniforms. This was not routinely available to Service personnel – but it is now!
5 (AC) Sqn celebrates 100 yrs
Formed on 26 July 1913, 5 (Army Co-operation) Sqn based at RAF Waddington is one of the earliest British military flying units to be established and is now officially 100 years old.
WW2 Crew Honoured
The remains of a World War Two Bomber crew, from 18 Sqn RAF, who died when their Boston Bomber crashed in Italy just weeks before the end of the War in Europe have been laid to rest.

Health professionals have taken part in Ex Serpent Rise. Using skills from their civilian day jobs they ran an Air Staging Unit – a tented field hospital which cares for patients prior to evacuation by air.
