5:00 to 9:00pm observing at the front desk and walking the gym floor, I can find out everything I need to know,”
says Klugerman. “It should be ex- tremely busy, there should be lot of tours happening, lots of training on the gym floor and people waiting for assessments. If not, there’s a big prob- lem – it’s not rocket science to discover what the issues are.”
