Carmarthenshire County Councils ‘Work Ready’ Programme is now in place, offering valuable work experience, apprenticeships and graduate development opportunities within the Local Authority.


As part of this programme we are pleased to be able to offer a further 2 apprenticeship opportunities as identified below.


Business Administrator/Marketing & Tourism x 2 Location – Carmarthen & Llanelli areas


The apprentices will embark upon an eighteen month placement with one of the six departments. In addition to this they will have support from Corporate Learning & Development.

Communities: Place Coordinator To play a key role in trialling a more integrated approach to working with communities, which will help alleviate poverty and support the development of more resilient and sustainable, places for people who live in them.


This is a Jobs Growth Wales Supported Employment vacancy and is only open to 16-24 year olds.


Severn Wye is looking for 5 full time (12 month) posts to cover various geographical areas of Wales


Must have relevant experience, excellent communication and IT skills; be positive and adaptable.


Salary £23,000 -£28,000 pro rata depending on qualifications/experience. Closing date 12 noon, Monday 28th January 2013.


Telesales Appointers, Cathedral Hygiene, Llanelli


We are looking for confident and enthusiastic people with excellent communication skills to join our fantastic telesales team based in beachfront offices in Llanelli.


Reporting to the Team Leaders you will be making quality appointments for our Field Sales team. You must be keen to succeed and target driven because our telesales appointers are the driving force behind the growth of our business.


Basic salary of £12,120 OTE of £18,500 Monthly, quarterly and annual bonuses plus lots of incentives week after week!


Working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30 to 5.00 if you hit your target you can leave at 1pm on a Friday! Training and ongoing support will be provided.


Bricklayer


Spotless Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced bricklayer, working for a reputable Llanelli based company working in the Swansea area. You will need a valid CSCS Card, your own PPE, Tools and Transport.


Rates of pay between £9.00 and £9.50 per hour.


Multi-drop Driver This is a temporary requirement. Spotless Recruitment are currently looking for skilled professional Multi-Drop Drivers. Applicants must hold a full UK valid driving license with no more than 6 penalty points, have EXPERIENCE in multi- drop driving with 7.5 ton vehicles. Duties include driving, loading and unloading deliveries, obtaining signatures and politely dealing with customers, there for applicants must have good customer service skills. This can be a physically demanding role and experience is required because there will be between 30 and 50 drops per day. A Digi card, good area knowledge, route planning experience and good map reading skills are also essential for this role. Over time and night shifts may also be available.
