Divino Enoteca nailed its wine colours to the mast from the outset, majoring in those from Italy with around ten per cent of the 250-strong list comprising wines from elsewhere in the world. An Enomatic preservation and dispense system allows the outlet to offer 40 wines by the glass, which are rotated on a regular basis, while a calendar of wine events keeps customers coming back. A comprehensive training programme, spanning online and in-house activity, ensures staff are knowledgeable about the vast range.
