THEFACTS


DURING THE 2010/11 SEASON ■ With a budget of $1.2 million, we served 6,753 students and 5,432 adults/educators in 256 classrooms.


■ The students in our school programs were 38% Hispanic, 31% African American, 19% Caucasian, 11% Asian and 1% Native American.


■ 60% of these students were eligible for Title One Funding.


■ Approximately 25% of Education@Roundabout participants had learning disabilities such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder and Dyslexia as well as Emotional Behavioral Disorder.


■ We employed 39 Teaching Artists who worked a total of 3,804 hours.


■ Over 7,000 free and subsidized tickets were distributed to students from throughout the tri-state area to see Roundabout productions.


■ We provided 1,463 hours of Professional Development sessions for 337 educators and Teaching Artists.
