Wrap Pendant Light Brigid Strevens


Wrap is a dramatic, conical pendant light influenced by the sculptural simplicity of Japanese origami. Lenticular Lights Style Conception


Lenticular printing uses a lens-coated surface to produce an image that moves and changes depending on the angle at which it is viewed. Once the preserve of novelty cards, the process is now impressively advanced and can offer smooth image morphing effects. Design practice Style Conception has utilised this technology to create fixtures from back-lit lenticular sheets to form pat- terns that shift as the viewer walks around the piece. www.styleconception.com


The Cocoon MacMaster


The Cocoon is an open structure pen- dant consisting of eight laminated tim- ber leaves. The expressive form allows a partial view of the light source - a warm globe whose light reveals a stunning contrast between the inner and outer surfaces of the piece. Designed with sustainability in mind, these pendants have been manufactured to minimise material wastage and packaging.
