The app will be fully branded for Gladstone customers and registered with the operator’s name and logo in the Apple iPhone App Store. Xn Leisure Xn Leisure has launched a total solution for self-service, including online booking, membership, self-service kiosks and controlled access through access control turnstiles. The new product is designed to boost the efficiency and customer service levels at reception – the first point of contact for information, bookings, payments and interaction with customers. The kiosk automates tasks such as checking in for activities and making future bookings, allowing the reception staff to focus on customer service.
