Retreading of used tyres is important for any fleet, allowing them to substantially extend the service life of one of their key assets – the truck/bus tyre. Today, modern commercial truck/bus tyres are built to last more than one tyre life. In the US two out of three replaced tyres are retreaded ones. The leading truck tyre retreaders in the Middle East is Bandag, which is part of Bridgestone group.
