If your clutter is emotional then practicing the art of forgiveness is the key to moving forward. It’s non- negotiable. Decide to forgive yourself and others for mistakes of the past and you’ll feel a weight lift off your shoulders. It’s the gift you give to yourself. Don’t waste another minute of your life with resentment or anger.

2. Decide what you want

You don’t call up your local pizza shop and ask them to send you a surprise. You specify the size and the pizza toppings you prefer and tell them your home ad- dress.

For some reason, we ask the Universe to guess what we want and then we feel perplexed (or pissed off) at what keeps showing up. But honestly, when is the last time you actually wrote down your goals?

Make a daily practice of goal setting, so you’re always placing the right order to the Universe. Every time you put pen to paper, you are doing the energetic equiv- alent of rubbing a magic lamp and summoning your personal genie to do your bidding.

You are constantly creating and attracting, so be care- ful what you’re asking for!

3. Surround yourself with positivity

There’s no overdose limit on positivity! As a women interested in personal development, you’ve probably got a formidable arsenal of resources, so infuse all of your daily activities with positive messages. Your car, your daily commute and your spare time are all op- portunities to align every cell of your body with your desires.
