Te West Bay Country Club and Spa maintains that it offers the best

IN keeping with the Club’s philosophy of offering the very best facilities, top of the range TechnoGym equipment is used throughout. Te new fully air conditioned suite has been carefully planned so that it can be readily used by everyone irrespective of age, sex, mobility or strength. It has also been designed to be equally suitable for people targeting improvements in general fitness, stamina, flexibility and strength as well as individuals recovering from injury or undertaking a weight loss programme.
Te suite is divided into four discrete areas – cardio- vascular, resistance, free weights and functional.
