Welcome to Wayne’s
By BRIAN WARREN Monday to Friday during the day usually finds Wayne Corbin at Terra Nova Truss,
working up estimates and plans for the local builders. When most of us are calling it a day and heading home or to the local pub for a cold one,
Wayne is usually crawling around someone’s attic doing a thorough inspection. He’s not much on down time during the week, but when the weekend hits, it’s off to Griffith, where he has built his second home -- complete with a beautiful man cave. Not willing to be conventional, the first thing you notice is that the floor is not smooth

It’s a cozy room due to the radiant-heat floor. Now for the good stuff: a custom-built sauna room, a shuffleboard, overstuffed couches
-- all surrounded by pine walls. The big TV is on order, and the wall behind the shuffleboard table will some day be stone. I’m amazed that, given his busy schedule, he has got as far as he has, since Wayne has done all the work himself. I checked out the bar fridge, and, not suprisingly, it was well stocked with his Blue
