MICHAEL LEIBLIE

Michael Leiblie, a project manager

for Dell Perot Systems, manages

the CDC ITSO Service Desk, which supports over 14,000 users nation- wide and internationally. He also manages the hardware warehouse/ logistics team, the Peregrine pro- gramming team, the desktop team

providing all updates for Windows, SMS, SMS reporting, and ghost images; the local LAN support for telephony, network, server and desktop; IT and budget reporting; and the pro- gram management and technical writers group.

Leiblie, who has 14 years of progressively responsible IT and project management experience, is responsible for attaining fifty stringent ITSO Service Level Agreements. To date, all 50 SLAs have been met or exceeded. Leiblie successfully leads a large team of geographically dispersed technical personnel, who consistently perform successfully in a highly demanding environment.

MICHAEL D, KAMINSKI

Michael D. Kaminski is a Principal Materials Engineer in the Nuclear Forensics and Nanoscale Engi-

neering, Chemical Sciences and Engineering Division at Argonne National Laboratory. He is

responsible for advanced nuclear fuel cycle radioactive waste development under the Advanced Nuclear Fuel Cycle Initiative within DOE that has included waste-form thermal transport and radiation dosimetry, and waste facility design. He has developed technologies for decontamination of nuclear facilities and for decontamination of urban centers following a radionuclide release. He is developing medical treatment technologies based on magnetic nanospheres that he originally developed under an alternative nuclear waste management program for the Department of Energy.

Kaminski earned his PhD in Nuclear Engineering with a Geochemistry Minor from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Cham- paign. He was selected as one of the Hispanic Power Hitters in Technology and Business for 2005. He has also received the HE- NAAC (Hispanic Engineer National Achievement Awards Conference), Outstanding Technical Achievement Award for 2004, the Council for Chemical Research as the Collaboration Award Winner, 2003, and the Sun-Times Innovation Award, 2002, among other awards.

ADRIANA PORRAS

Adriana Porras is a micro- electronic packaging engineer for Freescale Semiconductor. She manages and leads the state of the art product packaging solution for Freescale Networking & Multimedia business. In her previous position as a device engineer she served as principal technical contributor to multiple projects.

Porras has won several awards for her many achievements including the Technical Excellence Award from Technology and Manufacturing and two individual Technical Excellence Awards from OHT-FAB, among others. Porras earned a master of science degree in engineering management from the Uni- versity of Texas, Austin.

GABRIELLA RING

Gabriella Ring is a manager (Demand & Commercial Optimization) at ConocoPhil- lips. She is responsible for managing cross functional process improvements, constraint removal projects and implementation of short term optimization initiatives across the downstream value

chain. In her previous position as Division Manager, Rocky Mountains, Retail Marketing in Denver, Colorado, she was responsible for customer and employee safety, customer service, operational excellence, loss prevention, and overall profitability at 80 company-operated retail locations.

Ring earned a master of business administration degree from the University of Texas at Austin. She is a member of the Den- ver Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and the National Society of Hispanic MBAs.

ALEX MARTINEZ

Alex Martinez, currently part of Lockheed Martin’s Informa- tion Systems & Global Services Intelligence business develop- ment team, supports a significant business capture campaign by coordinating industry activities, business development coverage, marketing communications, and the company’s corporate business development field

offices. He has also led the health care new market area for Lockheed Martin’s Intelligence business. Martinez has led an 18 person development team on the Geoscout program which is a Lockheed Martin corporate focus program. He successfully managed the technical and schedule baselines for three products spanning three releases.

Martinez recently completed a master of science degree in systems engineering at the Johns Hopkins University.
