MARIE MCLAUGHLIN YOUNG
Marie McLaughlin Young is currently the manager
of the Intel Global Platform Analysis
Center (GPAC) co-locat- ed in Portland, Oregon and Kulim, Malaysia. She has sixteen years of experience in package and board process/ technology development, manufacturing, and failure analysis.
In her previous position at the company, Young was respon- sible for driving organizational technology road map, which called for the definition and aligning strategy to support divi- sional technology intercepts. She delivered a halogen free (HF) package product intercept strategy that positioned Intel as a leader in industry “Go Green” efforts and she went on to drive approval and alignment across ultra-mobile, mobile, desktop, and server divisions.
STEVE LUIS SIROTZKY
Steve Luis Sirotzky, Senior Staff Engineer at
Dell Perot Systems,
serves as the lead for the Navigator GPS receiver and is responsible for ensuring its proper operation under any condition. His team consists of circuit card designers, radio fre- quency engineers, chip designers, mechanical engineers, and power conversion engineers.
In his previous position as lead FPGA designer on Navigator GPS Receiver, Sirotzky worked with a GPS expert to design a receiver that would work in space.
LUIS MARTINEZ

ANA ECHEMENDIA
Ana Echemendia is a program manager for the U.S. Department of Education’s Education Data Exchange Network (EDEN) contract with Dell Perot Systems, which focuses on providing student performance data to help the Department make better policy, management and budget decisions for all K-12 educational programs. Eche- mendia is responsible for the development of technology solutions for the collection, storage, and dissemination of EDEN data and the creation of an online user interfaces to replace the legacy document-based data collection processes. She manages a team of 28 employees and subcontractors and is responsible for all facets of contract performance and customer interaction.
Echemendia worked in partnership with the Department of Education to add task orders, including the largest civil rights data collection which achieved 100 percent response rate in record time. During her leadership tenure, Dell Perot Systems has earned over $300k in performance incentives.

As a project manager at Aflac, Luis Martinez is responsible for managing medium to large scale projects that typically average between $300,000 and $1 million in size and include approximately 15 team members. In his previous position he mapped current business processes to provide a
foundation for defining business activities. With minimal guidance and supervision he used business process maps to develop procedures, models, and future state process dia- grams.
Martinez has also assisted other business consultants and contractors with system reviews and documentation in order to expedite overall current state process overview. He assisted them heavily in documenting different artifacts for various projects. He received the company’s Outstanding Achieve- ment Award in 2003, for work on all projects.
