Kilmacolm Primary School
We held a themed week beginning on February 1st where all classes focused
their learning on a particular country and based a variety of activities
around it. We therefore had a showcase of all things Scottish, chow mein
served in the nursery, fantastic Mexican ponchos, Italian fl ags, Japanese
kimonos and models of the Eiffel Tower. Religion, culture, traditions, art,
food and dress were all studied and the diversity of all of these countries
recognised.
Also during this week we
were treated to drumming
lessons when Mrs Hoad gave
every class a taster session
