The Crème De La Crème of Ladies Lunches
In the past, the Ladies Lunches hosted by the veterans’ charity Erskine
have always been a fantastic success, but the Lunch planned for Friday
23rd April promises to be the “crème de la crème”!
The setting of the fabulous Mar Hall is the chosen venue for the lunch to
be held on 23rd April. The magnificent gothic mansion steeped in history,
so close to Erskine’s heart is where many of today’s rich and famous
choose for their rest and relaxation when visiting Scotland, and now it is
the turn of the ‘Ladies who Lunch’ in aid of Erskine.
Themed “Get your Rox On” this Ladies Lunch, sponsored by Rox Jewellers
and WH Smith (Glasgow Airport), has all the ingredients required for a
fantastic afternoon. Guests, decked out in their “Cocktail & Party” finery,
will grace the red carpet, meet the paparazzi and be greeted on arrival
with cocktails. Lunch, a sumptuous three courses of Mar Hall’s finest cuisine and wines,
will be followed celebrity guest speaker, Scottish actress and comedienne Elaine C Smith,
7 Mile Walk on West Highland
who with her wit and humour is a fabulous choice of speaker for this special afternoon.
Competitions galore and a raffle with the most amazing prizes will follow.
