FAM FEEDBACK: WALT DISNEY WORLD
Orleans (a moderate resort) comes highly recommended. I had always thought of the Disney Value properties, such as Pop Century Resort, as slightly, dare I say it, tacky! But I now see they are fun properties suited to families on a budget and looking for great value for money. Spacious rooms are a strong selling point. Fastpass facilities within the parks
Donna Rippin, retail sales consultant, Virgin Holidays I’ve been to Walt Disney World Resort in Florida several times and I thought I knew the Disney parks like the back of my hand. I was sceptical as to how much more I could possibly still learn! But after joining the SuperFam I can safely say that I am armed with all the tools I need to confidently sell the whole Walt Disney World experience. With six Disney Parks, Disney Quest
interactive theme park, ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, Oak Trail Golf Course, Downtown Disney and The Boardwalk to explore, you’re sure to have a fun-filled stay when you visit Florida. Team this with exceptional shopping and the other Orlando theme parks and there really is something for everyone. On previous visits I stayed at hotels
along International Drive or in villas within the Kissimmee area. Having experienced the Walt Disney World Resorts I am now a convert! With handy transport around the Disney parks, hotels and restaurants, a Key to the World shopping card and extra magic hours coupled with flexible dining options on the Disney Dining plan, I can't believe how much time and money I had been wasting staying in offsite hotels! The hotel rooms at Disney’s

are fantastic and ensure you don’t miss out on all those must-see attractions. Recommend to your customers that they head straight to Toy Story Mania as a first stop in Hollywood Studios. The queue tends to build up quite quickly and the majority of Fastpasses have been distributed by midday! I would advise my customers spend
two days in each of the Disney parks to give them enough time to explore the Magic Kingdom, go around the world at Epcot, get a taste of showbusiness at Disney’s Hollywood Studios and be
roaring with excitement in the Disney’s Animal Kingdom! I would also recommend spending a day at each of the Disney water parks, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. For evening entertainment you can’t beat House of Blues in Downtown Disney. If you prefer a night on the tiles grab your dancing shoes and head to the Dance Hall at Disney's Boardwalk.
Selling tips: ■ Always sell the Disney 14-Day Ultimate Ticket. If your customers don’t buy it from you they will just get it from somewhere else ■ Don't eat breakfast before riding the Twilight Zone Tower of Terror! ■ Why not make your customers trip extra special by booking a character breakfast with one of their favourites ■ Check out seasonal events such as the Epcot Food and Wine Festival and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas
