HILTON BOGOTA OPENS UP The Hilton Bogota is now open, and marks Hilton’s


second property in Colombia after Cartagena. The 15-storey hotel has 245 rooms, heated outdoor pool, executive lounge and underground parking. Hilton says the hotel’s downtown location should help it appeal to leisure and business travellers.


BEACHCOMBER MAURITIUS DEAL To celebrate 60 years in the business, Beachcomber Tours is offering 60% off half-board accommodation for the second guest staying at the Royal Palm in Mauritius in June 2012. Seven nights start from £2,390 per couple, including flights and half-board accommodation. This is a saving of £1,500 per couple.

destination for the International Golf Travel Market next year. The annual event for golf tourism suppliers, buyers and media will take place at the Tivoli Marina Hotel in Vilamoura from November 12-15, 2012.

Liseburg is the home of Scandinavia’s biggest Christmas market, which is open daily until December 23.
