THE SAATCHI GALLERY WILL HOST consumer watch exhibition SalonQP on November 12-14. More than 60 brands – including A Lange and Sohne, Bulgari, Chopard, Christopher Ward, Frédérique Constant, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Nomos Glashutte and Piaget – will be showcasing some of their finest timepieces. Highlights include Montblanc’s Collection Villeret Tourbillon Cylindrique Geosphères Vasco da Gama (pictured), and the winning watches from the 2015 Grand Prix d’Horlogerie de Genève. Mandarin Oriental makes Morocco debut
MANDARIN ORIENTAL HAS OPENED a property in Marrakech. The luxury resort is set in 20 hectares of gardens, a ten-minute drive from the medina and 15 minutes from the airport. It has 54 villas (from 280 sqm) and nine suites (from 135 sqm), all with terraces and pools, as well as three restaurants and bars and a 1,800 sqm spa.

National Gallery Singapore opens this month
SINGAPORE WILL LAUNCH its long- awaited National Gallery on November 24. The City Hall and former Supreme Court have been transformed into 64,000 sqm of exhibition space for one of the world’s largest collections of modern art from Singapore and South East Asia.
