Better value fares
• Cost of Standard Anytime fares will be frozen throughout 2016.
Investment in people and communities
• New dedicated charity committee. • Roll out of schools educational programme.
• More investment in staff customer service training and development.
An upgraded onboard experience
• Better onboard catering on London trains.
• Free complimentary First Class breakfast extended on more weekday and weekend trains.
• 4G WiFi available on all London trains from October 2016.
• 15 minutes free WiFi for Standard Class customers on all London trains from October 2016.
Improved stations and trains with better facilities
• New regionally focused cleaning teams and extra cleaning staff travelling on our trains.
Making things easier for you
• Faster refunds through new automatic delay repay system.
• More ticket machines at stations, in local communities and at universities.
• Improved Passenger Assistance booking system and new ‘in-house’ disability expert.
• Over 700 new smartphones given to customer service staff to provide faster and better information.
• Launch of new mobile app for connecting to us on the move.
More weekend services
• More services and faster journey times on Saturdays between Nottingham and Lincoln.
