Jet2holidays improves website and booking process Jennifer Morris


Jet2holidays has revamped its trade website to give agents a more streamlined booking process. The new-look site has been designed with the help of agents and provides information on Jet2holidays’ hotels and products. New search features include a


holiday calendar allowing agents to filter by country and select multiple airports; a deal finder displaying special offers and advising if there are fewer than five rooms left; and a dedicated Jet2CityBreaks search facility. Also new are destination guides


with maps showing resorts and attractions; enhanced hotel details with TripAdvisor reviews; dedicated product pages with more information on brands; a live online chat facility; and an information section, including a training section for new starters.
