AOC uses performance indicators to monitor progress toward strategic objectives. For FY 2014, AOC reported on 12 strategic objectives and 18 performance indicators. As shown in Figure 33, AOC met performance targets for 10 of the indicators and did not meet performance targets for three indicators. The five remaining indicators (classified as “Other”) either did not have quantifiable targets or the performance results were not available at the time of this report’s publication.
