TRILABYRINTH IS A game design, production and services company that has already produced work for some big names, including Disney Interactive and Marvel. In fact, its first project was a Thor prototype for the latter. The firm also develops its own


games, including its current project: iPhone 5 and iPad dark fantasy RPG More Than Gods (pictured). Other own brand releases include GrimmFury and Minotaur. The firm has recently won a


new contract that will allow it to hire another 11 staff across its Irish HQ and its US office. It also has an office in Spain.

THIS DUTCH STUDIO is run by three friends who live double lives: according to their website, they are “software developers by day, Volty developers by night”. Help Volty (pictured) is Tvndra


Games first title, released for iOS in September 2012. This dark puzzle game sees


players guide a bug that has been trapped in a cruel sideshow game involving electrical puzzles and traps. Help Volty has received a lot of


acclaim from the specialist and mobile gaming press, won a series of awards, and has been downloaded more than 50,000 times. The company even sells the game’s soundtrack.
