Products, Services & Capabilities
With a long history in device development, Haselmeier is able to offer various state- of-the-art product platforms with an integrated development approach, focusing on both, the quality of the device and the efficiency of manufacture and assembly.
Our capabilities include the design and development from concept to finished device using Haselmeier’s strong IP portfolio or tailoring existing Haselmeier designs to meet customer and patient needs. All designs are completed as part of a DHF (Design History File) process and undergo comprehensive testing, in addition to risk management, risk analysis and FMEA review. Three dimensional CAD designs are utilized for creation of customer specific concepts or customization.
Product platforms available include: • Reusable pen injectors frequently used to administer insulin and growth hormones and permit the patient to adjust the dose for each injection. These devices are designed for use with a 3 mL cartridge which is replaced when empty, with a new cartridge. - i-pen - i-pen2 - SoftPen
• Disposable pen injectors are also used to administer insulin and other self- injected products. They are available for variable or fixed doses and designed to be discarded when the last dose has been administered. - Axis-D - Penlet
