Two Oklahoma Men Arrested in Rogers County Case

N EARLY APRIL, DAVID SMITH, 44, Skiatook, and Toby Hall, 44, Tulsa, were charged with bur-


glary and theft charges after they allegedly stole saddles and a horse trailer from a rancher in Rogers County, Okla. Smith was charged with 1 count


of second-degree burglary and 1 count of grand larceny. Hall was also charged with


second-degree burglary and grand larceny. As of the April arrests, he was in the Tulsa County jail on unrelated charges, and a hold was placed on him for the Rogers County charges. The investigation was led by
