Running the race in :17.56 for a speed index of 90, the speedy mare earned $15,300 of the $22,000 purse for owner and breeder Shirley Wheeler of Boynton, Oklahoma. Sired by Dos Poruno and out of Game Chicken, Imachickenkicker was trained by Luis Villafranco and ridden by Cody Jensen. Earning a speed index of 89, Flashthechicks earned $5,100 for owner and breeder Shirley Wheeler of Boynton. Flashthechicks was trained by Luis Villafranco and ridden by G.R. Carter Jr. His lifetime earnings now top $278,639.
