Partnership launches Spa Leadership scheme
Decléor has partnered withMacdonald Hotels&Resorts to launch an exclusive ‘Spa Leadership’Training Scheme for senior Spa therapists and managers.
The annual event is designed to reward ‘excellence’ in the workplace and motivatemembers of the Spa teamby offering thema chance to develop new management skills, perfect practical techniques and quickly progress their career within the company. Each year 25 carefully selectedmembers of the teamatMacdonald Hotels’ 24 Spa Collection properties nationwide will come together to learn fromexperts at Decléor to help themaccelerate their Spa journey.

The Potting Shed, a quirkily themed Spa in Batley,WestYorkshire has been named as the winner of the Best Start-Up BusinessAward, supported by digital services provider Hibu.
The Spa, founded by full-time mum Sam Pearce in 2011, was chosen by a panel of independent judges that included Editor of Glamour magazine, Jo Elvin. The award was presented at the Heart of England Conference Centre inWarwickshire.
Sam commented: “I was absolutely delighted to win the award of Best Start-Up – I am still on cloud nine! The whole day was so empowering for women in business, I feel honoured to have been recognised by this truly amazing organisation.”
The Cotswold House Hotel and Spa, Chipping Campden, is celebrating its new nationwide title as Best Spa in the
LateRooms.com2012 Best Kept Secret Awards.
