Everyone’s a winner
with RDA! Kesteven RDA holds its own Paralympics

In celebration of the Paralympics, Kesteven Riding For The Disabled near Grantham, hosted their own fun competitions. Chocolate gold medals were awarded and lots of patriotic coloured cakes were served. The Games included aptly themed ‘races’ such as the Slightly synchronised arm gymnastics, 10m men’s sprint and horse basketball, etc. The ponies were beautifully turned out with red, white and blue ribbons and Union Jacks. The riders are aided by volunteers including Kathryn Wale, a recent vet school graduate and Emma Barlow, a student from Grantham College studying Level 3 Horse Management.
