DLA InterJuris has participated in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, corporate restructurings and joint ventures in all major industries in Venezuela. The firm has represented purchasers and sellers in most of the largest public- and private-sector acquisitions in Venezuela to date, including the successful acquisition of a private investor’s interest by the Venezuelan government. The firm has also advised a large number of


international and domestic investors and high net worth individuals in the restructuring and redomestication of holding companies outside Venezuela, in order to take advantage of bilateral investment treaties and double taxation treaties.
